CHANGE YOUR MIND

the ever-growing list of things i totally want to try in Melbourne but haven't gotten the chance to yet

- sit at one of the cafes on Degraves St and people watch
- visit an op shop and actually come out with awesome vintage steals (preferable an old tan satchel or knee high boots!)
- sit in one of those lawn chairs on the cobblestones at Fed Square and people watch
- lie on the grass in front of the Melbourne Library (even though it's now too cold to)
- go back to that quaint little coffee shop i went to with Darek with someone equally as interesting to chat to for 2 whole hours
- participate in one of those crazy flash mobs
- talk to the buskers on Bourke Street and get away with not paying them anything
- do something crazy on Bourke Street
- find that temple on Queen Street
- pet one of those horses you see all the time clip-clopping down Swanston Street
- visit that church i forgot the name of near Fed Square and light a candle praying for world peace (and high marks, but that isn't as important.)
- walk down Collins Street lusting after shoes from Ferragamo, stilettos from Manolo Blahnik and classic Chanel totes
- have waffles at Max Brenner or hot chocolate at Koko Black (something i will get to accomplish once Mel gets to Melbourne, i am sure)
- go to St Kilda
- wander around another suburb
- go to a Couchsurfing Zone Meeting!

I WANT TO GET OUT THERE AND DO THINGS!

I've done all of the things on your list, and I don't live even there :)

Except for the temple, flash mob and the last thing.

Btw, you haven't been to another suburb? If you haven't, go do it now! I find that you get good steals and really good cafes in the suburbs :)

And in terms of good chocolate, try San Churro. Oh and for some good op shop steals, try Chapel St. I ALWAYS go there everytime I go to Melb. Oh and you HAVE to visit Retro Star Vintage at Swanston St, you'll love it. Best vintage store I've ever been to. Google it up and YOU HAVE TO GO THERE!

Oh and try The Quarter or Degraves Espresso at Degraves St, they're really good places to people watch and they have real good coffees and lunches.

Next time I visit melb, we'll go all these places together alright? Take care :)
